Refund policy

Returns Policy

At Coast and Banks, we aim to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, in the rare instance, the product you’ve received is faulty or does not match its description, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. We are happy to arrange for a refund or replacement in such cases.

Faulty and damaged products and gift boxes require photos to be emailed on the day on delivery to info@coastandbanks.com.au

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

To initiate a return, email us at info@coastandbanks.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will guide you through the return process.

  • Once the item is returned in its original condition, we will offer a full refund or a store credit of equal value.
  • Refunds will be processed via our payment gateway.
  • Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to substitute any unavailable items with a product of equal or greater value. (see below)


If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the customer wishes to have the item resent, an additional shipping fee of $24 will be applied to cover both the return and re-delivery. This applies to all orders.

In rare cases where a complete gift box product is unexpectedly unavailable, Coast and Banks will offer a refund or store credit equal to the value of the item, including the shipping costs.

Note: For any custom-made or personalised items, returns, refunds, or store credits will not be accepted for a change of mind.
