Domestic Shipping Information
We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 per gift box Australia-wide.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes—fixed addresses only. You may choose between Authority to Leave or Signature on Delivery (additional charges apply). If no one is available to receive the delivery and no authority to leave is provided, a card will be left for collection at the nearest depot.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them.
Delivery times after dispatch are as follows and are approximation from our courier:
- Gold Coast: Next business day
- Brisbane: 1-2 business days
- All other areas in Australia: 1-5 business days, depending on proximity to metro or remote regions
Not applicable to bulk orders.
When selecting your delivery date, please be aware that it may vary by 1-2 days due to the external delivery company schedule.
Incorrect Addresses and Redelivery
To avoid delays, please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. If an order is
returned due to an incorrect address or failure to deliver, Coast and Banks will happily
arrange redelivery. However, a $25 re-delivery fee will apply, covering both the Return-to-Sender fee and the cost of reshipping.
Please be aware that Coast and Banks is not liable for lost or stolen packages.Â

Bulk Corporate Orders
- For bulk corporate orders, we will provide a shipping quote. Payment must be received before dispatch.
- If your order has not arrived within two weeks of the expected delivery, please contact us athello@coastandbanks.com.au.
International Deliveries
We are happy to ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. For an individual quote, please email us at hello@coastandbanks.com.au.
Once the quote is accepted and payment is processed, your order will be shipped with tracking information provided. Express shipping and insurance are available upon request. Please note, Coast and Banks is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, lost or stolen packages, or additional charges incurred when shipping internationally.
